Te Tuhi Mareikura Trust (TMT) is the lead charitable organisation representing tangata whenua strategic aspirations for the development of Māori arts for ngā iwi o Tauranga Moana. TMT continues to respond to ongoing dialogue amongst our Māori arts community to realise Māori future art aspirations in the region.

TMT also invests in Māori artists, the collective leadership and delivery of tangata whenua arts which is often selectively relegated to general consultation rather than a nod to the excellent professional Māori arts legacy of artists that whakapapa to Tauranga Moana.
